The 'How Fat Are You?' Flowchart
Looks good, gonna try some of them out
Great read, very inspiring
I really enjoyed reading this post not many people I know stretch after working out.
I do so hopefully this will open their eyes to the benefits that come from such a little
thing that takes very little time to do.

Cool! I saw your video on Google+ and commented and you took the time to point me here. I really appreciate it. I will start this in a couple weeks. This chick says, "yee haw! and thank ya' very much!"
A great read thanks
Click on the .pdf link to read the actual article. Decent stuff.
Yeah good article. One though that you could have mentioned was the doorway chin-up bar. There are excellent for the upper body and take up hardy any room!
Great post I use, the bands, the ball, my total gym and my body weight. I just recently cancelled my gym membership and am stilll burning fat and building muscle at a great rate.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
This is a program I have had quite some success with, but I never made any claims about it being the best program out there, I simply don't believe such a program exist. I'm glad you found another program that you think is better - I hope you take the time to share it with others.
A quick comment on the other stuff you touch on: this is my style of writing and I also admit some limitations with my English (which obviously is not my maternal language), I'm sorry if it offended you in any way.
Feel free to shoot me an email if you have any other - constructive thoughts to share.

Thanks for posting these are very common sense things to do and they work ;)
Vibrams are the shit. Worthwhile investment... but they'll feel a little odd at first. Gotta "break in" to them.
Nice article. Only problem for me is I get shin splints from bare foot running plus you have the danger of glass especially at the park where I run. Hmm have to look into these vibrams that have been mentioned.
Thanks for the comments, guys.
Vibrams are good.
High intensity interval cardio, and to a lesser extent endurance cardio, should be used strategically in combination with a strict diet for maximum effect. Adding resistance training makes it even better. We should all know this by now.
Great soundtrack. I feel like I just watched a horror movie.
wow...wish i didn't click on this
