Thanks! I've got a couple other youtube clips on one arm pull-ups if you're looking for demonstrations of the techniques discussed here. Be patient and keep training hard!
This is a great post! I used to do 21's all the time back in the day haha. Unfortunately, a lot of these lessons are things you gotta learn through trial and error.
As far as powerlifters being stronger than gymnasts, it all depends on how you define strength. Most heavyweight or super-heavyweight powerlifters couldn't even do 1 muscle-up (an elementary gymnastics skill). On the other hand, I don't know a lot of gymnasts who can deadlift 700 lbs. There are not always definitive answers to these debates.
JCDF - Thanks! Also, good point about camping. Unless you're really intense in which case you might just sleep in the grass and dirt.
FitJerk - Good to be here! I think the corncob is also known as the typewriter. There sure are a lot of different names for the same thing. Either way you are right that I did not include it. There are too many variations to do them all in a 3 minute video!
Jody - Glad you liked the video. A reverse close grip sounds like a type of pull-up to me. Do you only count a pullup if its wide grip?
