hehe, lucky that i've got it after I finished deadlifting ( that darn chicks @ my gym also....she was at @ 5 meters in front of me squatting....it's not my fault xD.. ) I think I'm going to name it erectionlifting move..
Just got 330 in today, my back is bullet proof , my erections are harder and my eyeballs are popping out at the last set but in rest i'm ok
Everyone should do them !
interesting article...as I have seen in a documentary about youth as I remember, there are alot of people taking GH especially in America...so I wonder why the effects don't match ( people using it are feeling better ( those in the documentary) vs this article )
Like JC said, also If i would want to promote my website I would write only good content...if you do things like this, you will loose credibility ;) anyways I hardly see a good/new article these days..
Carefully fit, if you say something bad about paleo, low carb, keto the troll hammer will reach you xD
Agree with you tho.
ps: what was with the site for like 2 days? it was down..
Every time I see an article like this I always *facepalm*... I hope for the sake of my face that I will never see an article like this...but as I see in the last weeks what articles Were up...I think my face is doomed -.-
agree with what the guys said until now...
also at the bottom of the page..colon cleanse, acai berry detox?... nitric oxide... ? claims only ;) I wonder how many fall for that xD
It's easy : buy it from his website, read it and you will change your oppinion..(mell stiff: supertraining ). I've read the subject long time ago, and really I don't keep in my mind full of studyes and responses to the matter, I just take his word ;) because he explains in detail in his book...(I really don't want to know all the details ;) )
Also you can train with isometrics to develop absolute strength and explosive strength , and I agree a little that isometrics should not be neglected as a means of strength development, but only if you know how to use them ! ( Including them In your training without knowing what you are doing or why you are doing them would only "help" you fatigue your CNS and complicate your workout )
Also 3 sets of 7 seconds ( why 7 seconds ? )...I can tell you that 7 seconds it's not the magic number, also help me with this: how many pause between static contractions?,how to apply the force?why the weight used is > 1RM max?how to finish the training session after using the isometrics?
give us some studyes.. ^^
What you gave me in your article is :Static Contraction Bench Press 3 sets of 7 seconds ( kinda usefull ? )
You could give more details if you know what you are saying
my 2 cents
and PS: "someone who claims to be well-educated on the subject of weightlifting" I don't claim that, I just know little from here...little from there, and I like to see an article that explains with detail something...
PPS: Also I've surfed a little on your site and saw the following: "But look closer at the nutrition facts and you will see why Big Macs cause heart attacks – 11g of that 34g are what’s called saturated fats. Those fats along with trans fats have been scientifically proven to cause heart disease." <-- You should really read more good content before writing your own articles...It was scientifically proven that saturated fat intake isn't the cause of strokes or heart disease.
duh...too many bumps and I don't really know why..
Static contractions?...just read mell's stiff book and you will understand why static contractions are ineffective for training or better said for someone who doesn't know how to program them...
squat, bench, deadlift ... All I can say...static contractions are just an excuse , and the workout that you gave us is mostly metabolic work..
Ps: what's your weight and bf now ?
