PR's usually work differently for people but you might need a different approach. I know peeps on facebook are hammering you with options so my guess is to try them all till you find a "system" that always works.
Even before Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 method became popular, my personal recommendation was always to use static contraction training followed by a linear decrease in reps. My last best bodyweight bench PR looked like this:
