I thoroughly enjoyed this post. It is so true. We need to take weight loss/muscle building/getting healthy/ getting ripped as a wonderful journey. We have to take it seriously but sometimes we take it too seriously and when we fall off the wagon it's made bigger than what it is. WE should embrace it and enjoy it and get rest when needed. I really needed to read this at the moment it has just reinforced why I am doing this and why I love it so much.
