1 day left xD...well now i'm on a maintenance phase(1 week trying to eat maintenance calories + high rep training) I wonder if 1 day of following martin's aproach to alchool will screw me up uhm..:-??
this wouldn't have been a problem If i was dieting or bulking and using heavy weight, but now with lower weight and maintenance calories, I wonder if I can get with it cuz I will most likely be eating some vegs , protein and alchool and I will not know the exact quantities..

Nah I doubt it will... but yeah post your shit, I'm curious to see even the slightest changes. Just make sure you ain't wasted while typing out the results. I want to read words that are legible. Maybe even comprehensible.
