Come on guys! This group appears to be more than the average person in terms of knowledge but you're Dumping stuff that is useful because you already know it or figure..
Everybody knows what Creatine is by now.. DUMP.
Fact is..
* article is written by an actual expert as I agree, you can find meal plan on every corner but not one that is decent for the most part
* it's a foundation in which to start where somebody who didn't like eggs or didn't want 9 eggs.. could adjust.
* nutrition is the hardest part of a program. You do it 24x7x365. It's lacking in most programs and most people don't have a clue.
It may not be worth 25 Pumps as the best article ever.. but to start it on the Negative is just wrong. Vote and article down because it's a poorly written, or contains so much misinformation nobody should read it. But stop voting stuff down because you can't fathom another "beginner" article.
Now take back the Dumps and either comment, don't vote or Pump it up if you think generally it's a good article.
Please respect each opinion, and no, we are not dumping something because whe know everything in that domain, we dump it because ( watch upper )... and because is a meal plan >.> I mean everybody who reads the site frequent knows what to eat and when to eat
And to please you , here are the reasons I dumped it:
1.Why waste the egg yolks ( 2 egg yolk..6 egg white <--I hope it' s not the colesterol thinggy...)
2. The plan itself...I mean 6 meals ? be ready for some ubber cooking all day long
3.It's specific to a 200 punds male that has the stats you pointed, kinda not usefull for the mass of ppl...maybe 1,2,3 dunno
