Redefining The Kilogram - Physicists zero in on measurement of Planck's constant

Britain's National Physical Laboratory has produced technology which is capable of extremely accurate measurements of Planck's constant. This marks a significant step in changing the way we define a kilogram -- from a physical lump of platinum in France, to an immutable constant of nature.
