yeah..sure it's great..in the first week...45-60 minutes intervals 5 times a week with deficit will kill almost anybody who is not on juice...

Nice article but kinda generalized...

So true on the enough is enough before I knew anything about working out all i did was cardio. I lost 40kilos but I also lost lots of vital muscle too. I now thoroughly enjoy weights and body weight exercises and Hiit is just amazing. I sweat like a pig but I get results quicker. I prefer muscle over skinny stick so looks like my 100% cardio is staying in the bin where it belongs ;) Great post
