To me this seems like mixing high and low set/rep ranges is mandatory. Either going from high to absolute low on one set of ROM exercise. After finishing this, continuing in your routine. It would make sense to follow through on that one ROM to make sure you are gathering all of the muscle fibers and fatiguing them so the repairs would include each and every single last one of them. But as we all know, the key is getting that rest time. Ah, if we were all body builders with that sort of time/ability to help that growth. Good post man!
