I haven't read this post yet, so I'm going to take a guess on the exercises and then I'll see if I came close.

1) Squats
2) Bench Press
3) Deadlifts
4) Overhead Press
5) Pull Ups
6) Bent Over Rows
7) Dips
8) Barbell Curls
9) Standing Calf Raises
10) ... um ... Power Cleans?

I missed Good Mornings, good call. I also missed Push Ups, which really have no place in this article.

Hang Clean and Push Press was a better choice than Power Cleans, good call on that one too.

My original guesses of Barbell Curls and Standing Calf Raises really have no place in this article either, so I was dead wrong on those two. Just figured the author would be another bodybuilding junkie who loves Barbell Curls.

Chin Ups was a good call too... I can go either way with Pull Ups vs. Chin Ups.

Awesome article, definitely worth the read. There is no point wasting your time on exercises that won't get you results and we all want results.
