Better Blood Glucose with Lower Meal Frequency | Intermittent Fasting

Eat fewer meals, have lower blood glucose. Eat more protein and less carbs, have lower blood glucose. Combine the two and you've got a high protein, low carb, intermittent fasting diet that will get your ass shredded.

It's official, intermittent fasting is a better diet philosophy than eating 6 meals a day. I'm going to give this a try in a week or so and I know I'll definitely drop some body fat. Can't wait!

I eat frequent meals everyday since huge meals is not something I can do... however, this is good shit. My stance on the BG levels and frequency has been changed. Though a meal of liquid glucose syrup isn't ideal, I'm sure real world numbers aren't too far off.

As such... I had to go back and update a previous post. God damn it. :)

Now I can justify when I don't have time to eat and I gulp down 3 kilos of food in one meal...
