Great article! I personally take in over 100 oz of milk every day and I see great gains.

I drink a lot of milk, too. It just depends on what's in the fridge and how much cereal I have in storage.

Like this article, and personally am one of those hardgainers. I think there is a middle ground for this though; nothing too extreme but still significant enough to get results.
