Top Ten Fasting Myths Debunked

Or "Top Ten Diet Myths Debunked". That would have fit almost as well. Ok, so in retrospect, I think I screwed up on the title. Many myths just happened to be connected to intermittent fasting (meal frequency, breakfast skipping, etc.).

Enjoy.

Very insightful article. If I had a penny for the number of times I heard that "eat like a king, queen, pauper" saying, I'd be a rich(er) man.

A side note; skipping breakfast may not make you fat, but it definitely causes problems it in its own right nonetheless (like the amount of Starbucks coffee we down because of the lack of energy... now that causes fat.)

The Joker fuckin rules!

Also, this is a great article. I used to crap on fasting and I still would crap on a prolonged fasting strategy (for instance, not eating at all for 3 days), but intermittent fasting is definitely something to be tried by those with open minds. I am still not sold on fasted training though.
