Anything with chocolate milk automatically gets a pump from me. In fact, I'm having some right now. P.S - Any article with nasty cakes will get an auto pump from JC. You can say that they cure cancer and he'll be all up in that shit ;)

Yummy, except I drink lactose free milk. I've never seen lactose free chocolate milk at the store before. It hast to exist...I think.

The post workout glass of chocolate milk is now a ritual for Alex (my teenage son) and I when we finish with our workout. It is a nice treat/reward after working hard in the gym...

Yeah so does mine. Chocolate milk posters all over the machine and cardio area though... I'm like that's not where it belongs.
