Nice work man. Breakfast is an important meal, if you are eating breakfast at the normal time of day. Greek yogurt has got to be a staple in a balanced nutrition plan. It is a versatile food and keeping this on hand can make a lot of your choices pro health wise. Thanks for sharing man!
