DEADLIFTS: The King of Mass Gaining Exercises

Deadlifts are one of the best full body exercises you can do IF you can do them correctly, which is a big if. Proper form is vital with deadlift as it is very easy to injure yourself.

Deadlifts are my favorite exercise. I detest heavy squatting (but I do it anyway), but I'd deadlift 7 days a week if I could get away with it.

Just got 330 in today, my back is bullet proof , my erections are harder and my eyeballs are popping out at the last set but in rest i'm ok
Everyone should do them !

You had an erection while deadlifting? Hmm, that would definitely get in the way of the ROM. Though, with the hotties running around my gym, this might be a future lifting hazard.

And props for the 330 pull. I'm trying to break past that exact number currently.

hehe,lucky that i've got it after I finished deadlifting ( that darn chicks @ my gym also....she was at @ 5 meters in front of me squatting....it's not my fault xD.. ) I think I'm going to name it erectionlifting move..

Ps: what's your weight and bf now ?

I haven't changed it much. 140 and last time I did a caliper check I was at 6.5%. I want to compete at a RAW lifting event, maybe, so I'll cut down to 135 and wipe the floor clean. As long as strength levels remain. Or I might go into the 150 division. Haven't decided.

...or I can just be a fat ass like JC and get to 170-180 but then I can't power tumble as well. Lots of options
