I love caffeine but I made a decision five weeks ago to stop drinking it, I do feel better and I have been sleeping a lot better. I only drink it once per week now at most and I don't really miss it. I think that any study carried out on rats or mice doesn't prove much as they are not human!!

I was up to about a pot of coffee per day at one point. I love me some caffeine...
